SHIPPING AND RETURNS

​We take great care in making our products and delivering them to you. Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products and natural dyeing procedure, no two products are identical just like no two leaves on a tree are. While adhering to highest quality standards to create these products with love by our team, we want you to embrace them just the same. Slight variations in print and colour are the unique characteristic of our products being made with natural materials.

Shipping Policy

Since we are a small batch production setup, each piece is created by hand and to prepare each order for dispatch, we take 2 - 5 days (subject to availability of stock fabric). Standard Shipping/ Domestic (Pan-India) takes 2-5 business days. We offer express shipping at an additional cost of ₹500.

For international orders, we charge a flat shipping fee of ₹2500. And we use the Government postal service that takes upto 21 days for delivery depending upon the location. You will receive an e-mail with a tracking ID/AWB, which can help you know the shipping status of your order.

Return and Exchange Policy

Our products are ethically made with utmost care keeping in mind the fair-compensation to and well-being of everyone involved in the process. We do not offer refund/exchange on products that are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. In case you received a damaged/incorrect item, please write to us within 24 hours of receiving the product at info@romrom.in. Please include order details (Order number/ order confirmation email) and details of the piece you would like to return or exchange and your reason for doing so. We will arrange an exchange for flawed items when notified within 24 hours of receipt, provided the items are unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached. (Subject to case-to-case based decision).

If you have received the wrong size, we can exchange your purchase with another size. Refund is not eligible on discounted pieces and on customised designs. We also take requests of a replacement of style in case you'd prefer something else of the same price. Please note that the shipping cost of return/exchange will be borne by the customer.
